Lessons geared toward
having fun in the water, beginning with simple enjoyment in the water and moving
on to more serious physical training. Response to accidents in the water will
also be covered.
Practice goals: water experience, ability to swim the crawl for 20 meters. |
Primary
School Course
For Primary School Children |
Practice in swimming
techniques, using the guidance of a helper to progress through skill stages effectively
but without excessive pressure to perform. Cooperation will also be stressed though
the group lesson.
Practice goals: water experience, ability to swim individual medley 80m. |
Primary
School and
up Course
For children 6 years of age or older, or by the coach's decision |
Course for primary school
children and above who have learned the fundamentals of swimming. This course
covers everything from starts and turns to speed and endurance. This is serious
swim training! |
