Enrollment fee and enrollment deposit

Your enrollment deposit will be refunded if you leave the club, but your enrollment fee will not be refunded.
The enrollment deposit is exempt from consumption tax and is interest-free.

Annual membership fee

The annual membership fee must be paid in full in advance.
The validity of the annual membership fee starts in September.
After enrollment, be sure to pay your annual membership fee by the end of August each year.

Usage fee

An enrolled member shall pay the facility usage fee of 1,320 yen per day of use.
An enrolled member may be accompanied by up to three 18-year-old or older guests.
Each guest is required to pay the usage fee of 5,280 yen per visit.

Changing designation by a corporate member

A corporate member may change the designated individual within the same corporate body.
Changing designation requires a fee of 55,000 yen to be paid.

Absence (non-corporate members only)

An enrolled member may remain absent from the club for three years at most if the reason for the absence (e.g. transferred overseas, illness) is deemed by HILLS SPA to be legitimate. Taking an absence requires the payment of an absence fee as well as the annual renewal of the absence status.
The absence fee is 110,000 yen per year.
