Maintaining the Safe Use of HILLS SPA

• Check your body temperature and fill in the check-sheet when checking in.
• Wear a face mask.
• Wash hands, rinse mouth, use hand sanitizer.
• Avoid crowding and being close to others, and maintain physical distance.

◆ HILLS SPA facilities are implementing the following spread-prevention measures.
• Limitations on use of some machines and other apparatus.
• Occupancy and time limits in sauna rooms.
• Cancellation of group classes.
• Wipe-downs with sanitizer of surfaces touched often: elevator buttons, handrails, doors, etc.
• Wipe-downs with sanitizer and disposable paper towels of machines and equipment, following each use.
• No earphone loans available for use at aerobics machines. (Please bring your own.)
• Some lockers and dressers left vacant to enforce adequate spacing.
• Sanitization of inside of lockers after each use.
• Periodic ventilation of building interior.
• Installation of air cleaners in gym areas.
• Removal of magazines, newspapers, etc.

◆Please do not use HILLS SPA facilities if you...
• Are experiencing cold-like symptoms (repeated coughing, sneezing, etc.), even if mild.
• Have a fever, or have had a fever during the preceding 48 hours.
• Feel especially fatigued or listless, or are having trouble breathing.
• Are coughing or having phlegm, or feeling chest discomfort.
• Notice anything abnormal (however mild) in your sensations of taste or smell.
• Have had any close contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
• Are still within the government-mandated 14-day selfquarantine period following entry into the country or region, or have been in close contact with such a person.
• Have been in close contact with anyone who displays the above　symptoms or meets any of the conditions specified above.

Please remember that individuals who are suffering from diabetes, heart disease, or respiratory illness; those who are receiving dialysis treatment; and those who are taking anti-cancer or immunosuppressant drugs are at risk of very serious complications if infected with COVID-19. Such individuals should be very cautious with respect to visiting our facilities while COVID-19 infection remains a concern.

【Important】6/22 Reopening of Sauna Facilities

HILLS SPA sincerely thanks you for your exceptional patronage.
We also thank all members for their understanding and cooperation regarding business operations.
Information concerning the reopening of sauna facilities is provided below.

June 22 (Monday)*
Sauna facilities (dry and steam) will reopen at all HILS SPA locations
*ARK HILLS SPA will be closed on this day.

Please be aware that there will be restrictions on the maximum number of users allowed and usage times for each sauna.

In addition, sauna facilities will not be available during the following time periods for cleaning and ventilation purposes.
8:55-9:05 　11:55-12:05　14:55-15:05　17:55-18:05

When using the sauna facilities, please abide by the following rules.
・Refrain from talking
・Practice physical distancing
If users are not able to comply with the above, sauna facilities will be closed again. We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the operational restrictions may cause and ask for your understanding in this matter. Please be aware that HILLS SPA will continue to engage in business operations which respect the requests made by the national and Tokyo Metropolitan Governments.

Information concerning the resumption of various business operations is provided below.

From June 15 (Monday)*
・Personal sessions (time restrictions will apply)
[Personal training/Private stretching/Private Pilates]
・Aesthetic Salon (restrictions will apply to some treatments)
・Shiatsu/massage (restrictions will apply to some treatments)
・Nail Salon (restrictions will apply to some treatments)
・Golf range
・Golf lessons (date restrictions will apply)

From June 25 (Thursday)
・Private swimming lessons　(time restrictions will apply)
*ARK HILLS SPA will be closed on June 15.
Group classes and children's private swimming lessons (MOTOAZABU) will continue to be cancelled for the time being.

Reopening of HILLS SPA

We thank you for continued patronage.

As you know, HILLS SPA has been closed for some time in line with national policies put in place to control the spread of COVID-19. We apologize for the inconvenience.

With the state of emergency in Tokyo coming to an end, we are delighted to announce the reopening of HILLS SPA. To help prevent crowding and ensure safety, we shall reopen to members in two stages. Reopening shall begin with gym areas, pool areas, and dining rooms.

We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.Please understand that we shall continue to follow national and municipal advice with respect to our operations going forward.

Reopening Schedule

Starting June 1 Access is limited to members living in residences where a HILLS SPA is located. Only that HILLS SPA may be used until June 8.

Starting June 8 Open to all HILLS SPA members and their guests.　

HILLS SPA is taking the following preventive measures against the coronavirus infection.
・We ask everyone to take their temperature prior to visiting and fill out the confirmation sheet upon arrival
・Everyone must wear face masks
・We ask that everyone sanitize their hands frequently
・Please practice social distancing with respect to others
